- Plan 2 Program (2026 · Impact): We won the Norrsken Fixathon with a platform built in under 6 hours. European towns have energy-transition plans, and the money to fund them exists. The problem is that their projects are small and nobody bundles them. With Lovable and Claude Code we built Plan 2 Program: it processes hundreds of plan documents from thousands of European towns, groups similar measures from many towns and turns them into programmes big enough for a bank to want to fund. Four of us (Germany, Finland, Peru and Spain) at Impact/Week Barcelona, October 2026. And we won.
- [avetraso.com](https://avetraso.com) (2026 · Claude Code): It started as a joke because my train was always late. It got 38,500+ visitors in 28 days and already makes some money from ads. The train is still late.
- [More Colors for Drive Folders](https://morecolorsfordrivefolders.com/) (2026 · Claude Code): My first product built with Claude Code: a Chrome extension with payments. I can't retire on it yet, but I went from zero to one.
- [The Climate COO](https://theclimatecoo.com/) (2024 · Impact): Before Claude, I automated impact companies like B Lab, Norrsken and Sweep with Make, Zapier and n8n. Lots of arrows, lots of little boxes. Through The Climate COO I helped B Lab Spain, Norrsken, Sweep and other impact companies automate their processes with Make, Zapier and n8n. One example: the welcome journey for new B Corps.
