Hi, I'm Javi.

How I can help

Two things, and they usually go hand in hand: first your team learns, then we make it work together.

In person across SpainOnline worldwideSpanish and English

Training

Your team learns Claude on their real work, not on cookie-recipe examples. For leadership, for teams, and for people who swear they're "not tech people".

Implementation

I sit down with each team lead, we find where the hours go, and we get it running on Claude. No 80-slide decks. If it's needed, I build the custom tool too.

“With the Claude skills and connectors you helped us set up, we've just unlocked around €200K a year in extra revenue we used to lose to stock-tracking problems.”

Projects

Work that moves the needle, and things I build because I can't sit still.

  • Automation in automotiveFour companies in the group, from the workshops to the boardroom. Now Claude handles the boring bits.2026Implementation

Vision sessions with the leadership of Cocentro, Talleres Garrido, Autosur and RS Turia, then one-on-one work with each team lead to automate their processes using only Claude.

  • Business brokerage on autopilotAntonio advises on buying and selling small businesses. He used to build every valuation PDF by hand; now the website does it and he just decides who to call.2025Implementation

Every lead from the form used to mean manual work: build a valuation PDF, file it, send it, and forget the follow-up. I rebuilt the website and automated the whole journey.

  • Plan 2 ProgramWe won the Norrsken Fixathon with a platform built in under 6 hours.2026Impact

European towns have energy-transition plans, and the money to fund them exists. The problem is that their projects are small and nobody bundles them. With Lovable and Claude Code we built Plan 2 Program: it processes hundreds of plan documents from thousands of European towns, groups similar measures from many towns and turns them into programmes big enough for a bank to want to fund. Four of us (Germany, Finland, Peru and Spain) at Impact/Week Barcelona, October 2026. And we won.

  • avetraso.comIt started as a joke because my train was always late. It got 38,500+ visitors in 28 days and already makes some money from ads. The train is still late.2026Claude Code
  • More Colors for Drive FoldersMy first product built with Claude Code: a Chrome extension with payments. I can't retire on it yet, but I went from zero to one.2026Claude Code
  • The Climate COOBefore Claude, I automated impact companies like B Lab, Norrsken and Sweep with Make, Zapier and n8n. Lots of arrows, lots of little boxes.2024Impact

Through The Climate COO I helped B Lab Spain, Norrsken, Sweep and other impact companies automate their processes with Make, Zapier and n8n. One example: the welcome journey for new B Corps.

  • Climate Tech DistillerySince 2022, one climate startup a week. About 6,000 people read it voluntarily.2022Impact

Technology that's actually useful.

I started at Accenture, implementing martech for companies like El Corte Inglés and Repsol. I learned a lot about technology and realised what really drove me was climate. In 2024 I went solo to automate impact companies, and in 2026 I went all in on Claude.

Today I train teams, implement Claude, build products and lead the Claude community in Madrid. And I keep tinkering: podcasts, new tools and projects that start as a joke.

I started at Accenture, implementing marketing technology for companies like El Corte Inglés, Repsol and Jaguar. That's where I learned the technical side. Outside work, something else kept growing: climate. In 2022 I launched Climate Tech Distillery, and in 2023 I started running Climate Coffee in Madrid.

In 2024 I left Accenture to help impact companies with what I do best: automation. I kept adding more Claude to those workflows, and it was always what people got most excited about. In 2026 I went all in on Claude, because it covers 80% of what many teams do without making them maintain ten different tools.

Today I implement Claude in companies from every sector, train their teams, build products with Claude Code and lead the Claude community in Madrid. And I keep tinkering: podcasts, new tools and projects that start as a joke.
